Oscar Properties saw the potential of a dull office building next to Vasaparken and we at Koncept showed that we are building architects at heart. Studiefrämjandet’s old premises were blessed with a fantastic location and the building’s basic materials inspired unique homes and new added penthouse floors with a studio feel.
