Bianchi is the classic Italian café intertwined with a concept store for one of the world’s most respected bicycle brands. The bicycle-king and businessman Salvatore Grimaldi has assembled the best of Italy on Norrlandsgatan and we were given the delicate task of concocting the interior for the very first Bianchi Café & Cycles. Here, design friends, food connoisseurs and cycling enthusiasts meet under the same Bianchi-green ceiling.
