To shape restaurant EAT’s fusion between European bistro and Chinese cuisine, the films “In the Mood for Love”, “Lost in Translation” and maybe a little of “Blade Runner” were the inspiration. A nice odd mix, just like the food itself. The result is a curious and magical environment with a shimmering bar in jade as the main center point.
