It has been several decades since the factories in Stockholm’s inner city shut down and fell silent for good. Remaining, are a number of fantastic buildings that Koncept has transformed into unique apartments with open floor plans, high ceilings and large light inlets – Bryggeriet, Radiofabriken and Cigarrfabriken. The buildings have been carefully renovated and the original industrial vibe has been preserved to meet and contrast the softer interior.
