Stockholm Royal Seaport is the city’s latest inner district addition. This location, in between Norra Djurgården and Stureplan, is where Tobin Properties are constructing a project with high environmental and aesthetic standards. The project’s name Äril is an old word for fireplace. A sense of warmth and gathering has been interpreted into inspiring homes for the future residents. Solid Scandinavian materials such as alder wood, larch, and limestone harmonies with the generous light from the west turned windows.
