Koncept has produced development plans for a 16-storey residential building in Kungsholmen at Lindhagensplan. The work was carried out in close collaboration with the City Counsel and the plans were granted in May 2019. The height and location of the building provide uninterrupted views of Stockholm. The property houses two subterranean parking floors and commercial premises on the ground floor. Occupancy is expected by end of 2021.
