Setune’s ambition is to drive development in the former industrial area Boländerna in Uppsala. The main ideas of the new concept has been that the building will illustrate the undertaking that has begun and to attract tomorrow’s office tenants through smart solutions and well-designed environments. All with care for both people and the environment. Koncept has developed design concepts for both architecture and interior design, produced rental materials, conducted development planning and started construction planning.
