A confident building with a contemporary design language, interacting with existing properties. This was the vision when Lerstenen built a new office building in Umestan’s business park. The design is characterized by conscious choices in selecting sustainable materials, and well-thought-out solutions. The building is designed to be flexible over time to meet future needs and the facade is designed to optimize energy needs. Koncept are responsible for the design and concept development from early sketches to completion and has participated as the designing architects during planning and construction.
