Borgerskapet is planning a lively neighborhood, with about 180 modern apartments for seniors and a new top-level nursing home, at Högalid, in the heart of Stockholm. In addition to residential buildings, the neighborhood also houses meeting places, a gym, a library and lovely lush gardens. Public businesses facing the street brings the area to life, which increases the well-being factor for both residents and visitors. Koncept are the architects behind the design idea and concept development, both in terms of redevelopment and new construction.
