In Uppsala sits this private villa with the characteristics of the 1920s preserved. We have taken a holistic approach to renovation, remodeling and extension of the villa, new ancillary buildings, landscaping and interior design. The original structure has been supplemented and upgraded with selected additions for a personal and harmonizing totality. Symmetry, a playful design language and patterns typical of the 1920s have been worked into the interior design and landscaping. The ambition was to preserve the existing qualities and to update the villa into a comfortable and social home.
