New destination in Norrtälje Port! Together with AF Gruppen and Prevelop, Koncept has won Norrtälje municipality’s land allocation competition for the three seaside neighborhoods in extension of the popular harbour promenade. Here, we are creating an idyllic port with houses, hotels, shops, swimming and boating. The design of the neighborhood is inspired by the old fishing sheds, the city’s small-scale wooden buildings and the former Norrtälje health resort.
